Great location- right opposite tram 109 The room was spotless and the chamber staff very helpful. These days you don’t often get the room serviced every day and it was lovely to have this done over our stay. A special thanks goes to Paula at our check in. She was under a lot of pressure from many phone enquiries, some tricky ones and people waiting and handling this on her own. Very professional, calm and polite. She handled our check in swiftly and we very much appreciated the help with our (tall) vehicle parking. A real boost to us. Paula deserves a medal for doing all that on her own on a Friday busy afternoon. Well done.

Hotel 115 is the perfect abode to base yourself for exploring Melbourne. Nestled in a leafy enclave of Kew, but still within walking distance to a number of incredible cafes, restaurants, and bars, from casual to high end. City trams just minutes away. Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, and well appointed with a plush bed, TV, desk with executive chair, a small table and lounge chair, as well as a balcony with an outdoor setting to take in the fresh crisp autumnal breeze. The bathroom was expansive and equipped with a lovely rain shower with excellent water pressure to ensure complete relaxation. Room service is also available 24hrs. Highly recommended for couples, singles, and business travellers.

Comfortable bed with fresh linen, clean bathroom. Quiet location. Car parking. Coffee machine and pods. Friendly staff. Perfect for a one night stay.

Room was great, all clean, bed was comfy, bathroom good - nice shower - water pressure was good. - we booked a Queen Room and were upgraded to a King Room. Parking was great, reasonable and secure parking.
